18th c. French gilt bronze and crystal chandelier

A beautiful and highly decorative 18th-century French chandelier, featuring an elegant gilt-bronze frame adorned with an abundance of faceted crystal elements. The chandelier is composed around a graceful central stem, with gilt-bronze arms and delicate floral ornamentation.
The frame is richly decorated with crystal pendants, drops, poignards and decorative elements that beautifully reflect and diffuse the light.
The central stem is covered with several beautiful faceted decorative vases. The chandelier has six lights, arranged around the chandelier.
Its combination of finely worked gilt bronze, sparkling crystal and graceful proportions is characteristic of the refined decorative arts of 18th-century France.
